Your delivery date is committed in writing. If we miss it through our own fault, you get 10% of the price back for every day we're late, up to half the installation fee.

Every enquiry to your AI receptionist gets a reply within 60 seconds, 24/7. Miss one in a month and that month's plan fee comes back — measured on timestamps you can check yourself.
We don't deliver, you don't pay
If we can't deliver the scope we agreed, your installation fee comes back in full. The scope is signed off before any work starts, and the monthly plan is cancellable on 30 days' notice.
Pricing FAQs
How does payment work?
A €690 installation fee via Stripe to start — waived if you pay your first year up front. After that it's just your monthly plan, cancellable with 30 days notice, no penalty.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. The price quoted is the price you pay. Third-party tools (hosting, domain, Stripe fees) are extra and disclosed upfront. Our service fee has no surprises.
Do you offer refunds?
If we miss the agreed delivery deadline, we refund 10% per day of delay, up to 50% of the installation. If we fail to deliver at all, the installation is refunded in full. See our full refund policy in the CGV.
Does the AI receptionist give medical advice?
Never. It answers on your hours, services, pricing and how to reach you, takes the message and alerts you. Anything clinical is handed straight back to you, and a stated emergency is flagged immediately with an instruction to call. You review and approve what it is allowed to say before it goes live.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, up or down. If you go over your included conversations we move you to the next plan ourselves, after telling you first — you never get a surprise overage bill.
